南京莫愁湖沉积物中重金属污染研究
Study of heavy metal pollution research in the sediment of Lake Mochou,Nanjing
为了解南京莫愁湖沉积物中重金属的含量、污染程度,应用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱分析仪(ICP-AES)对沉积物中Cd、Cr、Cu、Mn、Ni、Pb、Zn七种重金属的含量进行了研究,并应用地累积指数法计算各种重金属的污染指数,评价各种重金属所引起的污染程度。研究结果表明,莫愁湖沉积物中重金属含量的顺序排列为:Mn > Zn > Pb > Cu > Cr > Ni > Cd;应用地累积指数法计算得出莫愁湖表层沉积物中主要重金属污染元素为Cd,处于偏重的污染程度,其次为Pb、Zn,污染程度为轻度污染,而Cr、Cu、Mn和Ni没有引起污染,处于清洁状态;沉积物垂向重金属含量变化较大的是Mn和Zn,主要的重金属污染元素为Cd、Pb、Zn。
In order to investigate the degree of heavy metal pollution in the sediment of Lake Mochou, Nanjing, the concentrations of heavy metals (Cd、Cr、Cu、Mn、Ni、Pb、Zn) were measured using ICP-AES. At the same time, index of geoaccumulation (Igeo) was calculated to assess the pollution degree of the heavy metals. The results indicated that the concentrations of heavy metal in sediments of Lake Mochou followed the order of Mn > Zn > Pb > Cu > Cr > Ni > Cd. Cd was the most serious pollution element in the surface sediments of Lake Mochou, which was in serious polluted degree. Heavy metals such as, Pb and Zn were in slight polluted degrees. Other metals, Cr, Cu, Mn and Ni did not cause the pollution in sediments of Lake Mochou. Higher fluctuation was observed in the vertical distribution of Mn and Zn concentrations in the sediments of Lake Mochou. Cd, Pb and Zn were the dominant hazardous metals in the deeper strata sediments of Lake Mochou.
