Enterprise decline are often caused by discontinuous knowledge innovation, while the prosocial motivation of organizational employees can adjust the choice of knowledge innovation. This reveals that the behavioral mechanism of enterprise decline to some extent. However, the existing literatures rarely explore the inherent mechanism between enterprise decline and the choice of knowledge innovation. For this reason, based on the prosocial perspective, firstly, the inherent relationship between enterprise decline and the choice of knowledge innovation and how to avoid enterprise decline is discussed in this paper. Then a model is established, and it is indicated that prosocial motivation affect the choice of knowledge innovation and the choice of knowledge innovation further affect the continuous growth of enterprises. Finally, a case study is used for further validation.
