模拟酸雨与铅复合处理对大豆种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

研究了不同浓度的铅与酸雨的复合处理对大豆种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:铅对大豆种子的萌发有一定的抑制作用。酸雨会影响大豆的发芽率。铅与酸雨的复合处理降低了幼苗的株高、叶面积、物质量和蒸腾速率,而对叶绿素的影响并不突出,叶绿素主要受酸雨酸度的控制。复合处理的抑制作用高于单一因子,并且受铅的浓度与酸雨的酸度的影响。重金属铅与酸雨的复合处理在抑制种子的萌发和幼苗的生长上具有协同作用.
he interactive effect of the different concentration lead pollution and acid rain on seed germination and seeding growth of Soybean are investigated. The results showed that lead pollution have no effect on seed germination ,while acid rain decreased seed germination .The interactive effect of lead and acid rain resulted in reduction of height, leaf area ,weight ,.At the same time transpiration in leaf is decreased ,but the content of chlorophyll is not inffect by the interactive effect of lead and acid rain ,. the content of chlorophyll is mainly inffect by the acid rain .The decreasing degrees of deeding growth under combined stress were significantly higher than under single stress ,and the decreasing degree were influenced by the dose of lead and pH of acid rain .The effect of lead were cooperated with acid rain on seed germination and seeding growth of Soybean.
