基于本体的机电设备故障诊断知识表示方法研究
he Research on Fault Diagnosis Knowledge Representation of Hobbing Machine based on Ontology
针对机电设备故障诊断领域知识表示不完备性和共享困难的问题,提出了一种基于本体的知识表示方法。首先对故障诊断系统知识结构进行了分析;其次完整的定义了本体概念、属性、关系、实例和规则,为知识表示提供了明确的形式化规格说明;基于上述分析和定义,并结合滚齿机故障诊断的知识结构,借助protégé工具构建了知识表示的计算机模型。研究结果表明该方法可有效的解决滚齿机故障知识表示困难的问题。
In order to resolve the problems of difficult to represent the knowledge in the field of fault diagnosis, a method of knowledge representation based on ontology was put forward. Firstly, the knowledge structure in this field were analysed. Secondly, the full definitions of ontology such as classes, properties, relations, instances and rules were provided, in order to describe the process of knowledge representation based on ontology. At last, with the protégé, the computer model of fault diagnosis of hobbing machine was structured based on the analysis and definitions, which structs the foundation of the knowledge sharing and reuse of this field. Simulation results show that the method proposed in this article to resolve the problem of describing the faults of hobbing machine is positive.
