磁刺激穴位对亚健康失眠的脑网络的影响

亚健康失眠严重影响人们的身心健康、生活质量和工作效率。针灸对失眠具有良好的治疗效果,但存在不易量化等问题。磁刺激与电刺激的神经机理相似,同时磁刺激具有更突出的优点。本文对亚健康失眠者进行了磁刺激穴位实验,采用互相关算法对实验中采集的脑电信号进行了关联特性分析,构建了静息态和磁刺激后的脑功能网络,并对脑功能网络的特征参数进行了研究。结果表明:磁刺激穴位后,互相关系数在大脑额叶、枕叶、颞叶和顶叶区域均发生了显著性变化(p<0.05);刺激后的脑功能网络平均度、聚类系数和全局效率均升高,平均路径长度减小,"小世界"属性增强。结果说明磁刺激穴位后亚健康失眠者大脑内部区域连接性和信息交流得到改善。
Sub-health insomnia seriously affect people's physical and mental health, the quality of life and the effectiveness of the work.Acupuncture has good effects on the treatment of insomnia.But acupuncture exists the problems such as difficulty to quantify.Magnetic stimulation is similar to electrical stimulation on neural mechanism , but magnetic stimulation has more prominent advantages.In this paper, magnetic stimulation acupuncture experiment was carried out on the sub-health insomniacs.Acquisition of EEG signals in the experiment conducted associated characteristics analysis by cross-correlation algorithm,built the resting state and after magnetic stimulation of the brain function network, and studied the characteristic parameters of brain functional networks.Results indicate that magnetic stimulation after acupuncture points, the cross-correlation coefficient in the frontal lobe, the occipital lobe, the temporal lobe and the parietal lobe area are changed significantly (p < 0.05); After stimulation of the brain functional network, average degrees,clustering coefficient and global efficiency are increased, the average path length decreases, and "small world" property is enhanced. Results show that the magnetic stimulation after acupuncture, sub-health insomniac inner regions of the brain connectivity and information communication are improved.
