基于最大相似原理的主动Lamb波损伤检测方法研究
Research on Active Lamb Wave Damage Detection Method Based on the Principle of Maximum Similarity
针对结构边界处特征反射波与损伤反射波容易产生混叠的问题,提出了一种基于最大相似性的主动Lamb波损伤信号分解算法。在分析Lamb波传播特性的基础上模拟边界反射波和损伤反射波,然后基于最大相似性原则,通过遗传算法对二者的合成信号的各个参数进行优化,使合成信号与目标信号之间的相似度达到最大。最后,使用Time Of Flight(TOF)方法对损伤进行了定位。仿真结果表明,该方法能够准确的提取出与边界反射波混叠的损伤反射波,从而实现对边界附近损伤的检测。
onsidering the aliasing problem of boundary reflected wave and damage reflected wave, an active Lamb wave damage signal decomposition algorithm based on maximum similarity is proposed. Damage-reflected signal and boundary-reflected signal on the basis of analysis of lamb wave propagatioTB302.5n characteristics are simulated, the various parameters of the synthesis of the above two signals are then optimized through genetic algorithm based on similarity index in order to make the similarity between the synthetic signal and the target signal reach the maximum. Finally, damage is localized through Time Of Flight (TOF). The simulation results show that this method can accurately extract the damage reflected wave from the aliasing waves.
