本文在对国内外故障诊断技术的研究现状进行深入分析的基础上,提出了基于层次模糊诊断法(Analytic Hierarchy Process-Fuzzy, AHP-Fuzzy)和灰关联分析的决策级融合诊断方法,用发生故障时的传感器信息对算法进行软件仿真。分析了AHP-Fuzzy在信息融合中的应用,将其引入故障诊断中。AHP-Fuzzy在故障诊断应用中,故障征兆与故障类型之间的模糊关系是个关键因素,但其获取比较困难,针对这个问题,提出了用灰关联度输出来构造模糊关系,建立了基于AHP-Fuzzy和灰关联分析的局部融合诊断方法,将其诊断结果再进行全局决策融合,融合结果表明,该方法能提高诊断精度,计算结果更加可信。

hrough analyzing the currently domestic and foreign research, fusion diagnostic methods based on Analytic Hierarchy Process-Fuzzy (AHP-Fuzzy) with gray correlation analysis are presented. The software simulations of algorithms are made with fault multi-sensor information. The application of the AHP-Fuzzy in information fusion is analyzed in the paper, and used it in the fault diagnosis. It is the key point to obtain the fuzzy relationship between fault symptom and fault type in the application of the AHP-Fuzzy in fault diagnosis. .To the difficulty of obtaining, the fuzzy relation matrix by the output of the gray correlation is presented, establish the partial fusion diagnosis based on AHP-Fuzzy and gray correlation analysis, and execute the whole fusion diagnosis in the basis of the diagnosis results. The diagnosis results indicate that the method can reduce the uncertainty of the decision and greatly enhances the precision of the diagnosis.
