校园网建设及计费问题研究
Research on the Establishing and Accounting of Campus Network
高校都普遍建立了校园信息网，而实际中随着网络通信端口数量的增加，建设成本将成倍地增加，所以需要根据实际情况，确定合适的通信端口数，以减少建设成本。当网络建成后，为了保证用户有效地使用信息网，必须要通过适当的收取线路调节费来控制上网时间。本文对某一高校建立校园网的具体问题，提出了相对应的解决方案，对解决相似的问题具有参照意义。
Universities are generally established campus networks. And the construction costs will be multiplied with the increase in the number of communication ports. So it is necessary to determine the number of communication ports in order to reduce the construction costs. When the net is completed, we should charge some fee to control the time of surfing online. In this paper, we propose a solution to solve the problem. And the method can be used to solve the similar problems.
