基于Android反编译数字序列的广告插件检测方法

随着Android移动智能终端的普及,使得更多开发人员加入应用开发的行列,并通过向应用嵌入广告并通过广告分成获得收益,而一些移动应用广告却存在一些安全性问题,如流量消耗、恶意扣费、隐私窃取等安全问题,所以有必要针对移动应用广告插件进行检测。本文根据广告插件的特性,采取了一种高效检测广告插件的方法。利用应用反编译之后各个文件的词数信息,得到相应模块的数字序列作为特征,再结合机器学习的算法对广告插件进行检测。实验结果表明,该方法在检测广告插件方面具有很好的性能,具有很高的准确率。

With the popularity of the Android mobile intelligent terminal, make more and more developers join app development, and by embedded ads in app and gets benefit by bonus of Advertising sharing, but some mobile advertising has some security problems, such as traffic consumption, malicious deduction, steal security issues such as privacy, so it is necessary to detect the ad libraries in the app. In this paper, according to the characteristics of ad library, adopted an efficient method to detect ad libraries. Using the number of words after decompiling the application, get the corresponding module of digital sequence as characteristics, combined with machine learning algorithm to detect the ad library. The experimental results show that the method has good performance in detection ad libraries with high rate of accuracy.
