燃料电池发电匹配网络设计方法研究
Study on the Design Method of the Matching Network for Fuel Cell Generations
本文着眼于燃料电池输出匹配网络理论与综合设计方法的研究。首先分析了燃料电池与负载的特性,并从静态和动态性能两个方面给出了燃料电池发电系统中匹配网络的要求。然后通过对典型电路网络的特性分析,提出了利用开关变换网络结合占空比控制设计以解决燃料电池与负载的匹配问题的思想。根据这一思路,从匹配网络的动态和静态特性要求出发探讨了匹配网络的综合设计,并给出了匹配网络的四种基本结构和几种控制方法。最后,通过30kW燃料电池发电装置的设计和试验,验证了本文所提出的匹配网络理论和设计方法。
his paper focuses on the matching network theory and the design method for the fuel cell generations. First, the characteristics of fuel cell and load are analyzed and the requirements of the matching networks considering the static and dynamic performance of the fuel cell power generations are given as well. After analysis of some typical characteristics of the circuit network, an idea that using switching mode network integration with duty cycle control to solve the fuel cell and load matching problem is presented. According to this idea, the synthesis method of the matching network to satisfy the requirements of dynamic and static characteristics fuel cell generation systems is explored, and four basic matching network structures and control methods are given in this paper. Finally, a 30kW fuel cell power generation prototype is designed and tested to verify the proposed matching network theory and design methods.
