数字不平等视角下老年群体智能电视使用行为影响因素与用户类型研究
Research on the Factors and User Categories of Smart TV Use Behavior Among Elderly Group from the Perspective of Digital Inequality
摘要
[目的]在数字不平等视角下剖析老年群体智能电视使用行为，以期帮助老年群体更好地适应数字化生活，丰富数字不平等领域的研究成果。<br />[方法]对访谈数据进行编码，归纳出影响因素并量化，逐一测量个案样本，构建现实中常见的智能电视老年用户类型。<br />[结果]老年群体智能电视使用行为影响因素包括数字化情境、数字化能力、数字化技术体验感、数字化社会支持、数字化需求、数字化社会规范和数字化努力。共识别出七类智能电视老年用户类型：被迫学习者、尝新探索者、兴致索然者、抵触使用者、束手无策者、保守依赖者和场景受限者。<br />[结论]就破解智能电视使用难题，改善数字不平等现状提供建议。<br />
Abstract
[Objective]Based on the perspective of digital inequality, the paper analyzes the main factors affecting the elderly group’s use of smart TV, in order to help them better adapt to digital life and enrich existing research achievements.<br />[Methods]Text encoding is used to analyze the interview text, the factors are coded, summarized and quantified. The case samples are measured, the common types of smart TV elderly users’ categories are constructed.<br />[Results]The factors of the elderly group smart TV use behavior include digital situations, digital abilities, digital technology experience, digital social support, digital needs, digital social norms and digital efforts. Seven types of smart TV elderly users are identified: forced learners, early adopters, apathetic users, resistant users, helpless users, conservatively dependent users and context limited users.<br />[Conclusions]Solutions to solve the problem of smart TV usage and improve the current situation of digital inequality are proposed.关键词
