低温网格换热器传热性能试验研究

Experimental Study on Thermal Performance of Cryogenic Matrix Heat Exchanger

ryogenic matrix heat exchanger is a kind of compact, high-effectiveness heat exchanger, which is well for cryogenic applications. The matrix heat exchanger and the test rig are introduced in detail. The experimental study of the heat exchanger is presented. The paper has come to the following conclusions: the test rig has well ability of maintain stable pressure and temperature of the working fluid and provide a high vacuum insulating test environment; the heat exchanger effectiveness will get 93% when the mass flow rate below 1g/s indicating the good thermal performance of the exchanger; among three available thermal correlation, the correlation in Ref. 1 is well correlated with experimental data. The new correlation has been estimated, and the calculate effectiveness accord well with the experimental data, and the error is less than ±2%.
