基于拓扑优化技术的飞机蒙皮拉形模轻量化设计

将拓扑优化技术应用于大型飞机蒙皮拉形模的轻量化问题,解决了传统拉形模设计中刚度与重量之间的矛盾。首先借助于ABAQUS软件进行蒙皮拉形数值模拟,获得拉形模工作面的载荷数据。根据得到的载荷数据所选取的典型工况以及给定的材料属性、约束条件等进行拓扑优化,将得到的拓扑优化结果进行模型重构。再对重构后的模型进行蒙皮拉形仿真,以验证模具的各项设计指标是否符合要求。以某型号的拉形模为例进行拓扑优化,并与传统设计的模具相比较,结果证明在同体分比的情况下,拓扑优化设计显著减小了模具的最大变形值和应力值。经改进后的同体分比拓扑优化设计进一步降低了模具的最大变形值和最大应力值。
he purpose of this paper is to use the technique of topology optimization to solve the light-weight design problem of large aircraft skin stretch-forming die. The platform of ABAQUS is firstly used for numerical simulation of skin stretch-forming. And the data of load conditions are obtained. The topology optimization is carried out accordingly with the material properties and the boundary conditions properly defined. Referring to the obtained topology design, the optimal structure is reconstructed and then evaluated by the numerical simulation of stretch-forming. A typical stretch-forming die is designed in this paper. Compared with the traditional design, the topology design can improve the stiffness and strength of the forming die significantly.
