涡轮叶片材料作为航空燃气轮机发动机的关键技术,自20世纪30年代末首次提出高温合金概念以来,其性能有了很大的提高。高温合金材料的发展也经历了定向晶化和单晶铸造两个阶段,不断提高了其使用的极限温度。涡轮叶片在高温工作气体中旋转,需要具有较高疲劳强度和机械性能的合金材料。然而,这种恶劣的环境远远超出了高温合金材料的极限使用温度(<1423K),必须采用先进的叶片结构设计和高温防护涂层技术。本文着力于阐述热障涂层的发展过程和主流制备方法,并在此基础上提出展望。

urbine blade material is the key technology of aero-gas turbine engine. Since the concept of superalloy was first put forward in the late 1930s, its performance has been greatly improved. The development of superalloy materials has also gone through two stages: directional crystallization and single crystal casting, which continuously improves the limit temperature of its use. Turbine blades rotate in high temperature working gas, which requires alloy materials with high fatigue strength and mechanical properties. However, this harsh environment far exceeds the limit service temperature of superalloy materials (< 1423K), so advanced blade structure design and high temperature protective coating technology must be adopted. This paper focuses on the development process and main preparation methods of thermal barrier coatings, and puts forward the prospect on this basis.
