极点配置自校正控制在串联盘输送机中的应用
he Application of Pole Placement Self-turning Control in the Control System of Continuous Conveyor of Disc-Tube Assembly
摘要:为了能够实现对串联盘输送机运行状态的有效控制,采用离散系统的分析方法,用递推最小二乘法进行系统辨识得出控制系统的脉冲传递函数.考虑到在实际运行过程中参数的时变性特点,本文设计了极点配置自校正控制方案并进行了仿真,自校正控制把模型参数的在线辨识与控制器的在线设计结合在一起,这就使得该控制系统不但能在线实时调整参数,并保证实际的闭环系统的零极点收敛于期望的零极点。文中通过计算求解得出自校正控制的控制律。仿真结果显示,自校正控制算法能够较好达到控制要求。系统的动态特性与极点的位置密切相关,合理配置极点的位置能够保证整个系统闭环的稳定性,能够使系统具有较好的动态性能。
bstract: In order to make a effective control for the running status of the continuous conveyor of disc-tube assembly, the method of discrete systems is used, then obtain the pulse transfer function of the control system through system identification. In view of the parameter’s time-variation feature of the actual process,the pole placement self-turning control program was design in this article,and the simulations were done, the self-turning Control combines model parameters on-line identification with controller design on line. This makes the control system not only adjust the parameters simultaneouly but also ensure that closed-loop system zero-pole to converge on the expectation. The self-tuning control law was calculated in this article. The results of the simulation indicate that the controller can get perfect manipulative purpose.There has closely relationship between the pole position and the dynamic performance of the system, rational pole placement will not only enable the stability of the closed-loop system, but also insure that the system has good dynamic performance.
