棉籽油捕收剂对马头煤泥的浮选应用研究
Research on Flotaion Application of Cotton-seed Oil Collector to Matou Coal Slime
本文在引发剂作用下利用有机醇和棉子油反应，将所得产物混合一定煤油形成新的捕收剂。不同温度下合成得到不同的捕收剂P1、P2，并与捕收剂煤油、纳尔科配合起泡剂GF对马头选煤厂浮选入料进行了实验室浮选研究。结果表明，捕收剂P2在整体上捕收效果最佳，选择性也相对较高，是较为理想的捕收剂。
In this paper, the new collector was synthesized by mixed kerosene with the product, which was reaction by organic alcohol and cotton-seed oil with the initiator. The different collectors P1、P2 synthesized by different temperature , the collectors kerosene and Nalco with the frother GF was applied to the research on the flotation test with Matou preparation plant in the lab. The results showed that the collector effects of P2 was the best in the whole and the selectivity was better than the other, so it was the idea collector.
