钼磷养分对福建红壤稻田生物固氮的影响
Effect of molybdenum and phosphorus nutrient on biological nitrogen fixation in Fujian red paddy soil
土壤中的矿物养分会影响稻田生物固氮。为了研究钼磷有效性对福建红壤稻田生物固氮的影响,试验选取泉州永春县的水稻土壤为研究对象,设置对照(CT)、单独钼添加(LM,HM)、单独磷添加(LP,HP)、钼磷复合添加(LM+LP,LM+HP,HM+LP,HM+HP)这9种养分水平,培养一段时间后分别定期向土壤中添加C、Fe、N,同时采用乙炔还原法,开展土壤固氮酶活性的研究。结果表明,在红壤水稻土中,含HM和LP的添加处理更有利于促进土壤中微生物固氮。添加C能促进CT、HP、LM+LP、LM+HP、HM+LP土壤的乙烯生成,尤其对CT土壤固氮酶活性促进作用明显,添加Fe使得各处理土壤的生物固氮作用增强,添加N有利于HM土壤的生物固氮。结果表明土壤养分差异是造成固氮酶活性变化的主要因素。
he mineral nutrients in the soil affect the nitrogen fixation in paddy soil. In order to study the effect of molybdenum (Mo) and phosphorus (P) on nitrogen fixation of red paddy soil in Fujian province, the rice soil in Yongchun County of Quanzhou was selected as the study object. These treatments consisted of the control (CT), gradient separate Mo addition (LM, HM), gradient separate P addition (LP, HP) and gradient Mo and P composited (LM+LP, LM+HP, HM+LP, HM+HP). The experiment was carried out for a period of time, and then added C, Fe and N into the soil respectively, and the acetylene reduction method was used to study the activity of nitrogen-fixing enzymes in soil with different Mo-P gradient nutrients. The results showed that the addition treatment of HM and LP was beneficial to the promotion of micro-biological nitrogen fixation in the paddy soil, and higher P content might inhibit the nitrogen fixation rate. The addition of C could effectively promote the activity of soil nitrogen fixation in CT, HP, LM+LP, LM+HP, HM+LP treatments, especially CT soil. The addition of Fe stimulated the biological nitrogen fixation in each gradient soil. The addition of N was more favorable to the nitrogen fixation of HM soil. The results showed that the difference in soil nutrients concentrations was the main factor to change the activity of nitrogen-fixing enzymes.
