超导隧道结稳定时间研究

稳定时间是指超导约瑟夫森(Josephson)结从初始状态到稳定状态的时间。本文将利用有电阻电容电感分流的模型(RCLSJ)研究Josephson隧道结的非线性动力学行为。通过电压波形确定Josephson结的稳定时间。在特定的辐照情况下,计算出由Josephson隧道结电感、电容、偏置电流组成的三维参数的稳定时间的四维图相。通过统计方法对比Josephson结模型在不同参数和使用条件下的稳定时间。由于初始值对混沌状态有较大影响,所以首先计算其与平均稳定时间关系。在不同辐照频率与强度下,平均稳定时间呈现规律性。以上数据有益于在方针和实验中提高效率。

he stabilization time is from the initial to the stable state. Resistively-capacitance-inductively-shunted model (RCLSJ) was used to study the nonlinear dynamical behavior of Josephson tunnel junction (JJ). The stabilization time of JJs is calculated by the information of voltage waveform. With certain irradiation, four-dimensional image of stabilization time of Josephson tunnel junctions is calculated in the three-dimensional parameter space composed of the junction capacitance C, shunt inductance L, and the bias current I. This method which uses statistical methods to contrast stabilization time of RCLSJ model under different parameters and working conditions will be used. This article firstly simulated the relation between average stabilization time and initial conditions that have a great influence on chaos state, then calculated the average stabilization time under different irradiation frequencies and intensity. The results show the average stabilization time is regular. These data can improve efficiency of experiment and simulation.
