基于约束多目标优化的医院急诊科室布局

急诊科作为医院的重要组成部分,它的服务质量提升对医院有着重要的影响。医院急诊科布局目的在于,针对原始布局通过一定的方法优化,得到更优的布局。这不仅需要考虑到病人流量因素,也需要考虑急诊科科室之间紧密度因素和科室重排成本。本文采用多目标优化算法--MOEA/D解决急诊科布局问题。MOEA/D采用数学规划思想将一个多目标问题分解为多个单目标子问题,运用进化算法同时优化这些子问题从而优化整个多目标问题。该算法结合问题中的约束条件可以处理约束的多目标问题。实验表明,MOEA/D算法能有效解决医院急诊科布局问题,相比原始科室布局,优化的科室布局减少了病人移动时间和看病时间,同时兼顾了紧密度因素,提高了医院的服务质量。

Emergency department is an important part of the hospital, improvement of service quality in the emergency department means much to the hospital. Hospital emergency layout is a problem aiming at an optimized layout based on original layout. It is not only care about patient flow cost, but also department closeness and rearrangement cost. In this paper,we used MOEA/D to solve the problem to get an optimized layout. The algorithm used mathematical programming method to decompose a multi-objective problem into many subproblems, and then used evolutionary algorithm to optimize these subproblems simutaneously. For constrained multi-objective problems, MOEA/D can also solve them with constraint handling technique. The experiment results show that MOEA/D can get an optimized layout in a limited run time, decreased flow cost when taking account of relationship element, increased quality of service for the hospital emergency department.
