基于改进蚁群算法的煤炭生产企业供应商选择模型构建研究
Study on the Coal-Production Enterprises’ Supplier Selection Model Construction Based on the Improved Ant Colony Algorithm
经过分析确定煤炭生产企业为推式采购环境,本文建立了以价格、质量、运输成本、交货期、提前交货期和服务水平为准则的目标函数,以供应商总数为约束的多目标0-1规划模型;利用美林法获取权重将其转化为单目标优化模型;进而引入改进信息素更新规则,利用改进蚁群算法(IACA)优化求解供应商选择模型并给出实施步骤,以期为煤炭生产企业供应商选择提供科学依据。
he coal-production enterprises are considered to be the push procurement environment after analysis, this paper established a objective function taking price, quality, transportation costs, delivery, early delivery and service level as the criterion, a multi-objective 0-1 planning model taking the total number of supplier as the constraints; used the Mei-lin method to obtain the weight and changed it to the single-objective optimization model; then introduced the improved pheromone update rule and solved the supplier selection model Optimally using the improved ant colony algorithm (IACA). At last, the implementation steps are given to provide a scientific basis for the coal production enterprises’ supplier selection to.
