玻纤增强PTT复合材料流变性能研究
Study on Rheological Properties of PTT/Glass Fiber Composite
通过熔融共混挤出制备加入不同玻纤(GF)和硅烷偶联剂的玻纤增强聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)复合材料,并用扫描电镜(SEM)观察玻纤与PTT树脂基体的界面粘结形态,用毛细管流变仪研究了不同温度条件下玻纤增强PTT复合材料熔体的流变性能,得到了熔体流变性能关系曲线。实验结果表明:复合材料的流变行为符合假塑性流体的流动规律,随着玻纤的增加,复合材料的粘度增大、非牛顿指数变小、粘流活化能变大;偶联剂的加入,使熔体粘度变大、非牛顿指数变小、粘流活化能变小。
omposites of glass fiber reinforced PTT with various amount of glass fiber and silane coupling agent were prepared by melt blending. The rheological behaviours of the composite were studied by capillary rheometer,the interfacial action of PTT/Glass fiber blends was analyzed by sacaning electron microscopy. The results showed that the composite followed the flowing behaviour preudo-plastic fluid. With the increase of glass fiber amount, the apparent viscosities of the composite increased,the non-Newtonian exponent decreased and the flowing activation energy increased. With the addition of silane coupling agent, the apparent viscosities of the composite increased,the non-Newtonian exponent decreased and the flowing activation energy decreased.
