转弯巷道自动化立体仓库控制系统设计

转弯巷道自动化立体仓库,是一种改进型自动化立体仓库,实现一台堆垛机在两个或两个以上巷道运行,可以在多排货架进行存取货动作,节省了生产成本。这种立体库的堆垛机控制重点在于堆垛机当前运行位置的判断、堆垛机与监控机的通讯控制。本文通过与普通直巷道立体库堆垛机控制系统的比较,介绍了转弯巷道立体仓库的控制工艺特点及不同之处,提出了磁开关、光通讯器、激光测距仪等传感器在U型轨道自动化立体仓库中的应用,在实际工程中已经得到验证。
U-shaped rail-mounted automated multi-layered storehouse is one kind of advanced version product compared with common types, it can stock-in/out product from four rows of shelves and run in two or more aisles with one storage/retrieval machine, which can reduce the production costs.There are two important keys for controlling this type automated storehouse: how to judge the position of a running storage/retrieval machine currently; how to control the communication between storage/retrieval machine and monitoring PC. Compared with the general straight rail-mounted storage/retrieval machine,this paper introduced the application of magnetic switchinfrared data transmission, laser range finder,ect,which is verified in the practical engineering of U-shaped rail-mounted automated multi-layered storehouse.
