目的 研究中国成人视神经管解剖学特点.方法 10例无颅眶疾病,经福尔马林固定的国人尸头,测量视神经管颅口,眶口的宽度,高度及管顶,底,内侧壁长度,并观察筛窦,蝶窦气化情况.结果 视神经管颅口宽(7.75±1.01)mm,高(5.46±0.65)mm,眶口宽(5.23±0.47)mm,高(6.56±0.63)mm; 管顶长(8.87±1.44)mm,底长(5.21±1.52)mm,内侧壁长(10.18±1.41)mm.结论 掌握视神经管解剖学特点,对防止蝶窦,筛窦手术时视神经和颈内动脉的损伤,以及成功地进行内窥镜下视神经管减压术具有非常重要的意义.

bjective To investigate the anatomic characteristics of optic canal in chinese adults. Methods Ten chinese cadaveric specimens fixed in formalin of chinese patients without intracranial and intraorbital disease. We measured the width and height of the intracranial opening and intraorbital opening of the optic canal of all cases. The length of roof, floor, medial wall of the optic canal. The degree of pneumatization of ethmoidal and sphenoidal sinuses was observed. Results The intracranial opening of the optic canal was a horizontal oval shape, the width of it was (7.75±1.01)mm and the height was (5.46±0.65)mm. The intraorbital opening of the optic canal was a vertical oval shape, the width and height of it was (5.23±0.47)mm, (6.56±0.63)mm respectively. The length of optic roof, optic floor, medial wall of the optic canal was(8.87±1.44) mm,(5.21±1.52)mm and (10.18±1.41)mm,respectively.
