矿渣对钻井液流变性能的影响研究
Study of blast furnace slag effect on drilling fluid rheology
多功能钻井液在钻井过程中因具有合适的钻井性能同时还可良好胶结第二界面的而被应用在现场施工中。因多功能钻井液中含有在非碱性环境中呈化学惰性的矿渣,而矿渣的加入是否会对钻井液的重要性能之一--流变性造成影响。针对此情况,选择考察矿渣对不同温度和密度下钻井液流变性的影响。结果表明,矿渣加量和钻井液密度的增大都是通过增加了钻井液中固相含量而使钻井液塑性粘度和动切力增大。而温度升高则是通过增多钻井液中活性固体颗粒的数量而使钻井液塑性粘度和动切力增大。
Multifunctional drilling fluid is used in the site because of its suitable drilling performance and can realize the fine cementation of second interfaces.Slag shows chemically inert in non-alkaline environment,whether slag will affect on rheology,which is one of the most important drilling fluid properties. So the study examined the slag under different temperatures and densities in order to research the rheology changes.It is shown by the research results that more slag and higher density increasing the drilling fluid solid content ,it makes plastic viscosity and yield point increasing.Increasing temperature also makes plastic viscosity and yield point higher because it increases the number of active solid particles.
