3-芳酰基吡咯烷2,4-二酮衍生物的除草活性与晶体结构间的构效关系的研究
Study on the QSAR between their Herbicidal Activity and Crystal Structure of 3-Aroylpyrrolidine-2,4-dione
本论文通过研究3-芳酰基吡咯烷2,4-二酮衍生物的生物活性与晶体结构间的构效关系，发现目标化合物的除草活性极大的受两个平面间的夹角大小的影响，且预测值与实际活性数据之间成很好的线性关系，这一结果为继续从事该类高活性化合物的研究提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the QSAR between their herbicidal activity and crystal structure of 3-aroylpyrrolidine-2,4-dione was studied. The preliminary analysis result showed that their herbicidal activity was significantly influenced by dihidral angles and the predicted values with the experimental values had good linear relationship. This result will be helpful for us in the future.
