温度响应型生物传感器对葡萄糖的检测

制备了一种聚(N-乙烯基己内酰胺)(PVCL),氧化石墨烯(GO)和葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)组成的温度响应复合传感膜,并修饰玻璃碳电极(GCE)。实现了GOD的直接电转移(DET),PVCL / GO / GOD / GCE膜的GOD显示出一对稳定清晰的氧化还原峰,式量电位为-0.4315 V。该复合膜表现温度响应的葡萄糖的催化活性通过被温度刺激。在电位为-0.39V,当温度高于PVCL的最低胶体临界温度(LCST)可以看到较大的峰电流,然后在LCST温度以下消失。说明该复合膜呈现优异的葡萄糖温度响应检测。在35℃以上,复合膜的线性检测范围为1?17 mmolL-1。构建的生物传感器具有良好的稳定性,重现性和抗干扰能力。
temperature-induced composite sensing film consisting of poly(N-vinylcaprolactam)(PVCL),graphene oxide(GO) and glucose oxidase(GOD) were fabricated and used to modify a glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The direct electrontransfer (DET) of GOD was achieved.GOD at PVCL/GO/GOD/GCE film exhibits a couple of well-defined redox peaks with a formal potential of ?0.4315 V (vs. SCE).The composite film shows temperature-induced catalytic activity toward glucose that can be stimulated by temperature.Large peak currents can be seen in amperometry at 0.39V (vs. SCE)above lower critical solution temperature (LCST) of PVCL, and then disappeared below LCST.indicating that the composite film presented excellent temperature-induced detection of glucose.The linear detection ranges at the composite film is from 1 to 17 mmolL?1at above 35 C.The constructed biosensor also possesses good stability,reproducibility and anti-interference ability.
