粒径≤2μm的超细粉体颗粒分散方式的探讨
Study on Dispersion of Ultra-fine Particle within 2μm
超细粉体随颗粒细度的增加具有自发团聚的趋势,改善粉体的分散性是实现超细分级的基础,也是实现其特异的物理、化学特性的关键。本文探讨了粉体团聚和分散的作用机理,比较了国内外各种分散方法及其适用范围,提出对于粒径≤2μm的超细粉体颗粒,宜于采用液相中物理-化学复合方法加以分散。
Ultra-fine particles have a tendency to reunite spontaneously with the increase of their particle size. To improve particle’s dispersion is regarded as the base of the realization of ultra-fine particles’ fractionation, and the key techniques of their preternatural physical and chemical peculiarity. The mechanisms of agglomeration and dispersion of ultra-fine particles are proposed in this paper, all kinds of dispersion methods and their application range in and out are compared then. The results showed that: Ultra-fine particles with a size no more than 2μm should be dispersed in liquid with physical-chemical methods.
