鹧鸪肠道寄生虫感染情况调查及隐孢子虫虫种鉴定

为了解鹧鸪肠道寄生虫感染情况, 采用饱和蔗糖溶液漂浮法对河南省4个放养场鹧鸪共181份新鲜粪便进行检查,寄生虫总感染率为59.7%,以球虫和圆线虫为优势感染虫种,感染率分别为53.0%和14.4%,隐孢子虫、蛔虫、毛细线虫和?绦虫感染率分别为2.2%、8.3%、3.3%和0.6%。基于18S rRNA基因位点,4份隐孢子虫均鉴定为贝氏隐孢子虫。调查结果表明放养条件下,鹧鸪肠道寄生虫感染较为普遍,且隐孢子虫不具人兽共患风险性。
o understand the prevalence of intestinal parasites on partridges in Henan province, 181 fresh fecal samples from 4 different free-ranged farms were randomly collected and examined by microscope with floating saturated sucrose solution. The overall prevalence of intestinal parasites on partridges was 59.7% . The predominant parasites were coccidium (53.0%) and Strongyloides stercoralis (14.4%). And the infection of Cryptosporidium, ascarid, Capillaria spp and cestode was 2.2%、8.3%、3.3% and 0.6%, respectively. Molecular character was identied based on 18S rRNA gene for Cryptosporidium and 4 positive samples was detected as C.baileyi,which was non-zoonotic. The results of the study indicate that intestinal parasitic infection on Partridges is common on free-ranged farms in Henan province, and that partridges have no public health significance.
