现代电力电子技术的迅猛发展,使逆变电源广泛应用于各个领域,同时对逆变电源输出电压波形质量提出了越来越高的要求。本文采用MOSFET开关管组成全桥逆变电路,再由电感、电容滤波组成该逆变电源的主电路。以ATmega16L单片机为核心组成控制电路,实现SPWM信号的产生全数字化控制。为了确保电源输出电压的不随负载的改变而波动,建立了谐振PI闭环动态控制模型,经过推导确定了各参数,并且进行的MATLAB仿真结果分析,对谐振PI闭环进行了验证。

With the rapid development of modern power electronic technology, power inverter is is widely used in various fields. In this paper we use the power MOSFET switch to compose the full-bridge inverter circuit, and the inductive, capacitive filter compose with the inverter main circuit. We use ATmega16L MCU as the core to compose of control circuit, and SPWM signal generation digital control. In order to ensure that the power supply output voltage does not fluctuate with changes in load, this paper develops a closed-loop dynamic control model of resonant PI, after deduction of all parameters determined, MATLAB simulation and results analysis is processed, the PI closed-loop resonance also had been verified
