his paper provides a design of the video phone ,which can feel the needs of both enterprises and personal use. By comparing the multimedia controllers, the design of the video phone based on i.MX21 by freescale semiconductor is finished, which includes hardware design and the transplant of embedded OS Windows CE 5.0.
