高地压软岩巷道控制技术

随着煤矿采深不断加深,一些煤矿进入临界采深,地质构造复杂,矿压显现强烈,致使巷道维护困难,高地压软岩巷道的支护问题成为制约矿井高效生产的主要问题之一,本文结合祁南煤矿6煤组上山的工程实例,提出治理高地压软岩巷道大变形的 "一优化三强化"强化控制原理路线,采用高强锚杆支护体系,动态分阶段加固巷道,解决了6煤组上山高地压软岩巷道的大变形失稳问题。

With the coal mining depth deeper, it is already close to critical depth in some coal mine, because of the complex geological structure and strong strata behaviors, roadway maintenance become difficult, the support of roadway in high strata pressure and soft rock become one of the major problems in the way of high effective production. This paper, combined with the engineering example of rise entry in 6 coal group of Qinan coal mine, put forward the principle of "one optimization and three strengthening" to control the large deformation of roadway in high strata pressure and soft rock, by using of the high strength anchor support system and dynamic reinforcement phases, the large deformable displacement of rise entry is successfully solved.
