本文结合南京秦淮河远程监控工程设计了一套基于计算机及网络技术的远程监控系统,重点阐述了该系统的结构设计和功能设计等。运行结果表明该系统可以在各个闸站实现“无人值班,少人值守”的要求,能有效地进行闸门控制、水系调度、远方视频监视、水质自动监测,取得了预期效果。
ombining with monitor and control project of Nanjing Qinhuai River, this pape introduces a remote monitor and control system based on computer science and technology. This paper emphases on the design of system organization and system function. The operation results show that the system can meet the standards of “unattended operation,a few people on duty”, and can succesfully achieve the expected results of gate contronling and river system scheduling, remote monitor and control, water quality auto-monitoring.
