铁磁二维电子气异质结的界面电流
Interfacial current of FM/2DEG heterogeneous junction
我们研究了铁磁与二维电子气(含Rashba自旋轨道耦合)异质结界面上的横向持续流,运用量子散射方法,我们发现,在零偏压下存在沿界面方向的横向电流。该电流受诸如费米面,自旋轨道耦合强度,以及铁磁交换场的强度和方位角等系统参数的影响。当磁场平行于界面时电流消失,当磁场在二维电子气平面内垂直于界面时电流最大。我们也研究了加偏压的情形,也有沿界面方向的横向电流,但是比平衡态情形显著增大,这要归因于抹平效应。非平衡态情形较大的电流或许有助于对它的检测。
In this paper ,we studied the transverse persistent charge current flowing at the interface of the FM/2DEG junction, the Rashba spin orbit interaction is considered in 2DEG lead. By using the quantum scattering method , we found that a nonzero transverse charge current flows along interface at the zero bias applied on the junction, and the current can affected by system parameters such as Fermi energy, spin orbit coupling constant, as well as the FM magnetization including its magnitude and direction.. When the magnetization is parallel to the interface, the charge current vanishes, whereas it arrives at the maximum as the magnetization of the FM electrode in the 2DEG plane and perpendicular to the interface. We have also studied the non-equilibrium case that the nonzero bias is applied on the junction, the transverse charge current was also found flowing at the interface but its magnitude is much larger than the equilibrium case due to the smearing effect, which is favorable to the experimental measurement.
