恶性肿瘤的检测与诊断能极大提高患者的生存率。非侵入性近红外二区(NIR-II, 1000nm -1700 nm)荧光成像具有高分辨率与穿透性,具有探测恶性肿瘤的潜力。在本研究中,设计并合成了一种新型NIR-II荧光染料,其最大发射约1100 nm。经过包封后具有高水溶性,生物相容性与良好的光热性能。在其注射到4T1乳腺癌肿瘤模型鼠体内,能够富集到肿瘤区域实现NIR-II成像。本研究成果有希望成为肿瘤检测诊断的新方法。

he detection and diagnosis of malignant tumors could greatly improve the survival rate of patients. Non-invasive fluorescence imaging in the second near-infrared windows (NIR-II, 1000nm -1700 nm) has the potential to detect malignant tumors due to its high resolution and penetrability. In this study, a novel NIR-II fluorescent dye was designed and synthesized with a maximum emission around 1100 nm. After encapsulation, it obtained high water solubility, biocompatibility and good photothermal properties. Furthermore, after it was injected into the 4T1 breast cancer tumor model mice, it could be enriched in the tumor sites to realize NIR-II imaging. The results of this study are expected to become a new method for tumor detection and diagnosis.
