双相不锈钢表层析出相的位向关系统计
Survey on the surface precipitate of the duplex stainless steel
摘要
本文针对双相不锈钢表层析出相与基体位向关系的不一致性，对于两相之间的无理位向关系进行半定量的统计。从相变本质的角度出发，将无理位向关系可以看作是从有理位向出发的刚性转动，可以用转轴、方向和转角来衡量。利用背散射电子衍射技术分析了双相不锈钢表层的析出相和基体的取向关系，根据转动的转轴、转角两个特征对所有位向关系进行归纳，发现在双向不锈钢的表面，奥氏体析出相与基体的位向关系的不一致性是由不同方式的转动造成的。偏离KS位向的转动主要有两类：一是以平行的密排方向为转轴的二维转动和以无理方向为转轴的三维转动。
Abstract
This work presents a qualitative survey focus on the variant orientation relationships (OR) on the surface of duplex stainless steel. The irrational OR is considered as a rigid rotation from the rational OR, such as KS OR, and the axis and direction of the rotation can be the identifying elements, classifying the rotation qualitatively. According to the EBSD measurement data on the sample surface, several kinds of rotations are found, including the rotation around the parallel close packed directions and around a high indexed direction. That may reveal that the variety of the OR on the surface is due to different rotation rather than the gradual change of a uniform rotation.关键词
