合成射流控制压气机分离流动研究
Separation Flow Control of Compressor by Synthetic jets
合成射流(Synthetic Jet)是一种基于旋涡运动的零质量射流。本文研究了在轴流压气机叶片和机匣上开孔两种引入射流方式,对于流动分离控制的有效性。在此基础上,初步探索了合成射流在轴流压气机中的工程应用。重点分析了合成射流与传统机匣处理之间的关系后指出,合成射流从机匣引入压气机进行流动控制时,可认为这是一种新型的机匣处理。
Synthetic jet is zero-mass flux jet based on vortex movement. In order to control the separation flow of axial compressor, synthetic jet is imported to the main flow field through profile of blade and casing treatment. The results show that the separation flow is controlled by synthetic jet. The engineering application of synthetic jet is also explored preliminarily. The relationship of synthetic jet and casing treatment is analyzed, and the author point out that the synthetic jet can be considered as novelty casing treatment when the synthetic jet is introduced from casing treatment.
