Based on the stability of local balance, the absorption and transformation ability of alliance members to shared resources, risk factors of alliance and the proportion of shared resources are main influence factors. Evolutionary game model reveals the internal mechanism of real estate enterprise alliance and is a effective method to solve cooperation issues of the alliance.
