交流提升机三电平变频调速系统研究

以矿井大功率鼠笼式交流提升机为研究对象,基于H桥三电平变频器工作原理和异步电机数学模型,应用简化的SVPWM控制算法和无速度传感器矢量控制策略,改善电机的动、静态性能。提出了一种全阶闭环转子磁链观测器,实现电压模型和电流模型模型之间的平滑切换,在全速范围内准确辨识转子磁链,同时具有很好的鲁棒性。结合工程应用,提升机变频调速系统的现场运行情况稳定,提高了矿井提升能力。运行结果同样验证了相关控制算法的优越性。

In order to imporve the static and dynamic performance of motor,based on the working principle of H-bridge three-level inverter and mathematical model, the simplified SVPWM control algorithm and speed sensorless vector control strategy were applied to a high-power squirrel-cage AC mine Hoist to control speed precisely. The proposed closed-loop full-order rotor flux observer achieved smooth switching between the models of voltage and current, which can identify rotor flux accurately in a full range and obtain a good robustness. Combined with engineering applications, this frequency control system of Mine hoist ran smoothly and improved the capacity of Mine. The results also verify the superiority of the control methods involved.
