冻结管断裂能量分析
Fracture Energy Analysis of Freezing Pipe
本文通过对冻结管工作过程中所受应力特点的总结,得出内盐水与外冻土产生的冻结管内应力和冻结管与周围冻土发生相对位移时产生的竖向应力,进而推导出冻结管断裂过程所产生的断裂能量值。由能量的守恒可知,该断裂能量大部分转换为冲击波。只要在地面上有装置能够接收到这种能量信号,便可以通过能量大小的分析得出冻结管断裂的大致位置,对冻结管的断裂修复有很好的指导意义。
In this paper the author got the inner stress from brine and frozen earth, and got the vertical stress occurring from the relative displacement of freezing pipe and surrounding frozen earth, and then derived the fracture energy level when the freezing pipe was breakdown, within summarizing the characteristics of the working freezing pipe. By the energy conservation, most of the energy converted into shock. If we can get this energy signal, we can obtain the position of fracture freezing pipe through the energy analysis. There was a guidance significance for fracture repairing.
