There are many problems in the traditional waste treatment methods such as incineration and landfill, and the microbial degradation of waste has become the most environmentally friendly and economic choice at present. In this paper, by studying the growth process of microbial fungi and garbage decomposition process, taking the mycelium elongation rate as an indicator, Interspecific competition, the impact of climate conditions on the results, and the inhibition factors of temperature and humidity were introduced. By solving the logistic equation, the growth rate and decomposition rate of microorganisms were calculated using the S-shaped curve of population growth, and the growth process of microbial fungi in several cities in China was simulated through cellular automata, Thus, the city suitable for microbial degradation of waste can be obtained.?????
