激光区熔定向凝固Gd5Si2Ge2合金的显微组织特征
Microstructure evaluation of directionally solidified Gd5Si2Ge2 by laser zone remelting
本文利用非自耗真空电弧熔炼制备了Gd5Si2Ge2合金,并对其进行了激光区熔快速定向凝固实验,研究了Gd5Si2Ge2合金铸态显微组织和激光区熔快速定向凝固的显微组织特征。结果发现,铸态合金柱状晶粒内都存在线条状特征,其中线状特征呈规则交叉排列或相互平行,合金激光区熔定向凝固后的组织具有板条状特征,并随激光扫描速率的增加板条间距略有增加。成分分析结果表明,定向凝固后合金的板条组织内富Ge元素、板条间距处的Ge含量略有降低。
In this work, Gd5Si2Ge2 alloy was prepared the arc-melt method under the protection of argon atmosphere. Then the alloy was cut and directional solidified with the help of laser remelting rapid solidification technique. Microstructure of the as-cast and directional solidified Gd5Si2Ge2 were investigated in this work. It is found line features crossing or paralleling with each other are dominant in column cellular grains of the as-cast alloy. In the laser remelting directional solidified alloy, orientated lamellar structures are observed and the lamellar space increases slightly with the increase of the laser remelting velocity. Chemical analysis indicates the Ge is rich in lamellar and poor in lamellar space.
