基于液压自由活塞发动机动力系统的能量管理研究
Energy Management Study of the hydraulic free-piston engine
本文提出了一种基于液压自由活塞发动机(HFPE)的恒压网络驱动系统,结合液压变压器、定量泵/马达液压部件构成了车辆的动力系统方案。文章基于Matlab/Simulink与AMESim搭建了该恒压网络驱动系统的联合仿真模型,通过仿真研究提出了车辆驱动及制动模式的控制策略。在此基础上结合HFPE的特点,采用了"恒温器"能量管理策略对车辆动力系统进行了仿真研究,研究结果表明:采用该恒压网络驱动系统的车辆可以满足相关设计要求,尤其适用于低速、频繁起停的城市道路工况;通过研究不同城市循环工况条件下的能量管理策略中关键参数对车辆节能效果的影响规律,获得了最佳节能方案的能量管理控制策略。
n integrated propulsion system based on HFPE was proposed. The hydraulic system consists of the common pressure rail, hydraulic transformer, and fixed displacement pump/motor. The main components are selected to build the Matlab/Simulink and AMESim model. The control strategies of driving and braking are introduced as well. Combined with the characteristics of HFPE the vehicle adopts the "thermostat plus power following" energy management. The simulation results show that the vehicle can meet the needs of the condition when the vehicle is on the city road. The effects on the fuel consumption of the control variables are studied, and an optimized parameter set for energy management is acquired.
