新型太阳能溶液再生装置性能研究

对传统太阳能集热/再生进行改进,提出一种适合高湿天气的新型太阳能空气预处理溶液集热/再生系统。实验研究发现,溶液入口温度上升能有效提高溶液再生效率,特别是当溶液入口温度大于60℃时,再生效率可能大于1.0;溶液入口浓度下降有利于溶液再生,其对再生效率影响趋于平稳。对空气预处理溶液再生性能研究可知,提高溶液和空气流量,将使水蒸发率提高近1倍,并且通过改变有效溶液比ESP能使水蒸发率最大提高20~30%。

Based on improving conventional solar collector/regenerator, a novel air pretreatment solar collector/regenerator was put forward, which is very suitable for liquid regeneration under high humidity climate. It is found by experiment that the higher inlet temperature of liquid is preferable to raising regeneration efficiency, particularly the regeneration efficiency is more than 1.0 when the inlet temperature of liquid exceeds 60℃. The decrease of inlet concentration of liquid can be in favor of liquid regeneration and the regeneration efficiency reaches stability along with the fall of concentration of liquid. On the theoretical study of solar air pretreatment collector/regenerator, the elevation of liquid and air mass flow rate can almost increase water evaporation rate one time, and the variation of ESP can enhance the evaporation rate 20~30% at maximum.
