两株内生解淀粉芽孢杆菌脂肽类物质对植物病原细菌的抑制作用

从健康银杏叶片内分离到两株内生解淀粉芽孢杆菌菌株Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Hy7和Z2-13,前期研究表明它们具有广谱的抑菌活性,能够抑制多种植物病原真菌的生长。本研究从两株内生细菌的发酵液中提取到脂肽类粗提物,采用平板对峙试验、离体生防试验和室内盆栽防病试验测定了两个菌株的脂肽类粗提物对供试植物病原细菌的拮抗能力和生防作用。平板抑菌试验结果表明,两个菌株的脂肽类粗提物对西瓜细菌性果斑病菌、辣椒软腐病菌、辣椒疮痂病菌、柑橘溃疡病菌均具有不同程度的抑菌效果;离体生防试验表明能够有效地降低辣椒疮痂病和软腐病的发病率,接种病原菌4d后防效最高,疮痂病防效达90.57%,软腐病防效达70.84%,且防效持续时间达10d。室内盆栽试验结果表明能显著降低西瓜细菌性果斑病的病情指数,第5d时防效最高达到61.19%。结果表明,菌株Hy7和Z2-13不仅对植物病原真菌具有防治作用,而且对植物病原细菌也有防治作用。
wo Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strains, Hy7 and Z2-13, were isolated from healthy Ginkgo biloba leaves. In the preliminary study they were proved to have broad-spectrum inhibiting effect on plant fungal pathogens. The lipopetides compounds extracted from strains Hy7 and Z2-13 were further tested if they could inhibit plant pathogenic bacteria and biocontrol bacterial diseases by the methods of flat antagonistic experiment, biocontrol test in vitro and disease prevention in greenhouse. The flat antagonistic experiment revealed that the lipopetides compounds had different level of anti-bacterial effectiveness on Acidovorax avenae subsp. citrulli, Petobacterium carotovorum subsp. carotovorum, Xanthomonas vesicatoria and X. axonopodis pv. citri. Additionally, the biocontrol test in vitro showed that lipopetides compounds effectively reduced the mobidity of bacterial spot and bacterial soft rot of pepper. The control efficiency was 90.57% for bacterial spot of pepper and 70.84% for bacterial soft rot of pepper in 4d after treatment and, the effective time last for 10d. In greenhouse the lipopeptides compounds could reduce the disease index of watermelon bacterial fruit blotch. The control effectiveness run up to 61.19% in 5d after treatment. All results demonstrated that the B. amyloliquefaciens strains Hy7 and Z2-13 could control not only plant fungal diseases, but also plant bacterial diseases.
