国内外农业发展历程及其技术需求

In order to provide better technology support for reform of China agricultural, the agriculture development of China and foreign agricultural modernization process were analyzed. The effects of reform and technology innovation on China's agricultural development also were investigated. The China's agricultural development showed that sound and innovative rural management system was a prerequisite for the protection of agricultural development. The use and promotion of new technologies can directly promote agricultural development, which was also showed in the foreign agricultural modernization process. Selecting the appropriate agricultural technology base on its own characteristics, expanding farm size and strengthening agro-ecological safety also were effective ways to achieve agricultural modernization. Based on analysis of China's agriculture, with reference to the Japanese agricultural modernization, a series of specific measures including institutional innovation and technology needs were proposed for comprehensively deepen reform of China agriculture.
