2010年心力衰竭领域临床研究现状与展望

心力衰竭是心血管领域发病率不断上升的疾病，今年内心力衰竭的临床研究取得了突破性进展。今年心力衰竭的进展主要集中于：ACEI、β受体阻滞剂的若干争议和具体应用问题得到澄清：新列为I类推荐的ARBs、ALD antagonist的认识、神经内分泌抑制剂的联合应用；CRT、ICD等的早期应用可预防心衰进展和降低死亡率等。本文就2010年以来心力衰竭临床研究领域的研究现状及展望作一综述。
In this paper we expound the latest study progression of heart failure in 2010.Heart faliure is a kind of disease that incidence rate is continuous rising in heart failure territory,in this year,the clinical research of heart failure acquired unprecedented progression.This article is a review of the current situation and perspective of heart failure territory in 2010.
