玉米矮秆基因Dt的遗传效应研究

Study on the Effect of Dwarf Gene Dt in Maize

玉米矮生种质资源在玉米育种中具有重要的利用价值。由玉米52333矮秆突变体及其高秆近等基因系分别与LX9801、C607、C785、S121、郑58和昌7-2等自交系组配得到相应杂交种,试验材料采用双行种植,三次重复,随机区组设计。结果表明:含有Dt基因的材料其植株株高和穗位高显著降低,降低幅度分别达67~112 cm和34~56 cm; Dt基因使玉米单株果穗在穗长、穗粗、行粒数,穗行数和粒重等方面都有不同程度的下降。通过对玉米矮秆基因Dt的鉴定分析认为,该基因对玉米产量性状具有负效应,不利于玉米的增产。

warf maize germplasm resources have significance utilization value in maize breeding. In this study, the materials were obtained from maize dwarf mutant 52333 and it's near-isogenic line crossed with inbred lines of LX9801, C607, C785, S121, zheng58 and chang7-2,respectively. The hybrids were cultivated by planting double line in randomized blocks design with three replications. The results shows that the materials containing Dt gene have a remarkably reduction in plant height and ear height, ranged in 67~112 cm and 34~56 cm, respectively. The research results indicated that Dt gene is generally unfavorable for production with ear length, ear diameter, ear rows, kernel weight per ear and other aspects declined by different degrees.
