紧急救治场景下异构无线网络终端网络选择机制的研究
New Network Selection Mechanism Using FAHP for Emergency Communication over Heterogeneous Wireless Networks
针对紧急救治场景下异构无线通信网络的特殊要求,考虑终端设备必须具备自适应接入网络的能力,提出了新的救治终端架构并利用模糊层次分析法设计了新的网络选择算法。该算法综合考虑了终端特性(移动速度、射频功耗)和网络性能参数(QoS),利用三角模糊数表征各参数间相对重要性,基于模糊层次分析法计算出不同业务类型下的各网络参数权重,并对参数进行标准化处理,根据各候选网络的加权隶属度值决定最佳接入网络。最后,仿真分析了低速率和高速率两种业务的网络选择过程,证明了算法的正确性和有效性。
For the specific requirements of emergency communication over heterogeneous wireless networks, considering the terminal must have the ability to adaptively access networks, this paper puts forward a new network selection mechanism and using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to design the network selection algorithm which considering the terminal characteristics (velocity, RF power consumption), network performance parameters (throughput, QoS related and etc.) and traffic-types together. Using TFNs to represent the membership function of relative importance of each pairwise argument, weights are reasonably assigned to each parameter. The best access network is which has the highest weighted sum of normalized argument values. The validity and accuracy of the algorithm was confirmed by the simulation.
