县级土地集约利用的评价研究——以丰县为例

Started with the status quo of the land use in Fengxian, three class and ten indicators for the evaluation index system are established. The weight of index is determined by using entropy value method. At the same time, multi-factor comprehensive evaluation is applied to assess the level of intensive use. The results show that the intensive land use to the overall extent is not very high from 1997 to 2005, but the upward trend of land utilization is increasing year by year. Land use has met the basic intensive use from 2004, which is closely related to the national macroe-conomic regulation and control of land market policies, optimization of land structure, and land management.
