设计了一种频率稳定度测量系统。利用Altera公司的EP4CE22F17C6为设计核心,以TI公司的MSP430F5438为控制核心,运用Allen方差和等精度测频法的基本原理,通过Quartus Ⅱ和ModelSim软件编写频率稳定度测量系统的每个单元模块和测试模块,利用触摸屏实现数据的显示和人机交互,系统能够实现标准频标在10ms、100ms、1s、10s不同测量周期的频率稳定度测量。实验结果表明,采用该设计系统稳定性高,可拓展性强,精度高,降低了设计的成本。

Frequency Stability Measurement System is designed. EP4CE22F17C6 of Altera is adopted as the design core, and MSP430F5438 of TI as the control core. With the basic principle of Allen variance and equal precision frequency measurement, each unit module and test module of the frequency stability measurement system is programmed by Quartus Ⅱ and Modelsim software. The touch screen is adopted to achieve data display and human-computer interaction. The system can achieve the standard frequency benchmark in different measurement cycle (10ms, 100ms, 1s or 10s). The experiments show that the stability, precision and scalability of the system are well, and the cost of the design is reduced.
